A Team-Based Approach to Community Association Management
Cedar takes a team-based approach to Community Association Management services, personally investing in every client on behalf of their community.
Thanks to our team-based approach, community managers have ample time for same-day responses to phone calls and emails, as well as the availability to anticipate problems before they arise. This allows the manager to approach board meetings as an opportunity to partner with and educate board members to find solutions to challenges that are facing the association.
Additionally, each Cedar Management Group community is assigned a Senior Certified Community Association Manager who reviews all meeting minutes, action lists, and management reports. In event that the community manager is absent, the senior manager is familiar with all current association matters to ensure no interruption of services.
Each community manager is also backed by our in-house community support team. Support works closely with our community managers to perform daily administrative duties, process architectural applications, and generate all written correspondence to homeowners and vendors.
Finally, each community receives an association profile tracking preferred vendors for any potential maintenance issue. Our maintenance coordinators can then address, monitor, and report work orders issued for property maintenance in a quick and efficient manner.
